Still Fighting with #AppleSupport for a Working Computer - 3 Years Later...
#MacPro

- #AMD FirePro D300 2048 MB
My last e-mail to #AppleSupport
We're talking about my MACPRO (serial deleted) - You mislabeled the issue as MACBOOK PRO which was in for repair 3 times, and why I purchased the MACPRO (serial deleted) in March (this year).
If you guys are still talking about troubleshooting the wrong computer, thats a problem... I sent you the email with all of my case numbers for MACPRO (serial deleted)
I have 1000 crash reports since I purchased the MACPRO (serial deleted) in March - THIS YEAR, and I need this escalated to a resolution. If engineers are still talking about malware testing and me spending more time troubleshooting, which I have been doing since I purchased the computer, again the MACPRO (serial deleted) in March, we have a problem.
I've spent an average of 2k a year with apple over the last three years and I need resolution and a working computer, 4 months ago.
